• 2 laukar
• 4 hvítlauksbátar pressaðir
• 2 msk olía
• 2 dósir niðursoðnir tómatar (1 sleppur alveg)
• 1 teningur kjúklingakraftur + ½ lítri vatn
• 1 teningur nautakjötskraftur + ½ lítri vatn
• 1 lítri tómatdjús (fæst í fernu, má alveg bjarga sér með líter af vatni+1-2 dósir tómatpúrra)
• 1 matskeið kóríanderduft
• 1/2 teskeið chilli duft (má alveg vera minna)
• 1/8 teskeið cayannepipar (ath fara varlega hér - mjög sterkt)
• 1 grillaður kjúklingur
