- 4 egg
- 3 dl sykur
- 1.5 dl hveiti
- 100 grömm saxaðar valhnetur/heslihnetur (má sleppa)
Aðferð
Bræða súkk og smjör í vatnsbaði.
Egg og sykur þeytt mjög vel saman.
Látuð súkkulaðismörbræðinginn kólna og blandið saman við eggjahræru.
Hveiti og hnetum blandað varlega saman við.
Látið í smurt og hveitistráð smelluform.
Bakað í miðjum ofni við 180°C í ca 35 mín.
Látið kólna aðeins í forminu. Skellt á disk og flórsykur sigtaður yfir.
ATH kakan á að vera dáldið klesst í miðjunni.
Gott að borða með ferskum jarðarberjum og þeyttum rjóma *slurp* :)
