== Leiðbeiningar ==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Þeyta smjörlíki í hrærivél þar til létt og ljóst.  Setja sykurinn og vanillusykurinn í smátt og smátt einn bolla í einu hræra vel á milli á meðalhraða.  Skafa reglulega innan úr skálinni til að allt blandist vel.    Kremið er á þessu stigi þurrt.  Setja mjólkina í og hræra vel á meðalhraða þar til kremið er létt og loftkennt.  Hafa rakan klút yfir skálinni þar til kremið er tilbúið til notkunar.  &lt;br /&gt;

Geyma kremið í ísskáp þegar ekki í notkun í loftþéttu íláti.  Hægt að geyma kremið í nokkra daga (allt upp í 2 vikur) í ísskáp.  Hræra aftur fyrir notkun.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Fyrir þunnt krem (til að smyrja á kökur) bæta við 2 msk af kornsýrópi, vatni eða mjólk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Fyrir smjóhvítt krem sleppa smjörinu og setja bara feiti (shortening) og hvítan (No-Color Butter Flavor) wilton matarlit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
