*250 gr. döðlur&lt;br /&gt;
*3 dl. vatn&lt;br /&gt;
*1 tsk matarsódi&lt;br /&gt;
*130 gr. Púðursykur&lt;br /&gt;
*100 gr smjör&lt;br /&gt;
*2 egg&lt;br /&gt;
*150 gr. hveiti&lt;br /&gt;
*120 gr. súkkulaði saxað&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sjóðið döðlur í vatni láta bíða í 5 mín. Stráið matarsódanum yfir.&lt;br /&gt;
Maukið í matvinnsluvél eða pískið saman.  Hræra smjör og púðursykur saman bæta&lt;br /&gt;
eggjunum útí eitt í einu, hræra vel saman, bætið döðlumaukinu útí ásamt hveiti&lt;br /&gt;
og súkkulaði, blanda vel saman.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Setjið í 180 gr. heitan ofn í ca 30 mín.  Ég notaði smelluform 24cm.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Sósa ==&lt;br /&gt;
*120 gr. smjör&lt;br /&gt;
*100 gr. púðursykur&lt;br /&gt;
*1/2 tsk vanilludropar&lt;br /&gt;
*3/4 dl. rjómi  (75ml)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blandið öllu saman í pott og látið sjóða í 5 mín. Sósan er borin fram&lt;br /&gt;
heit.  Hægt að gera hana áður og hita svo upp áður en kakan borin fram.&lt;br /&gt;
Nauðsynlegt að hafa ís eða rjóma með... eða bara bæði.&lt;br /&gt;
