&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ný síða&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div&gt;* 550 g ýsa eða þorskur soðinn&lt;br /&gt;
* 550 g soðnar og flysjaðar kartöflur, skornar.&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 laukur, skorinn smátt&lt;br /&gt;
* 350 ml mjólk &lt;br /&gt;
* 50 g smjör/smjörlíki &lt;br /&gt;
* 3 msk hveiti&lt;br /&gt;
* salt og pipar&lt;br /&gt;
* graslaukur til skrauts&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Saxa lauk, svita hann á pönnu í smjörinu.&lt;br /&gt;
Hita mjólkina upp að suðumarki.&lt;br /&gt;
Strá hveitinu yfir laukinn í pönnunni og hræra vel saman láta malla í 1-2 mín.  Hella mjólkinni í smáskömmtum út á laukinn og hræra vel og láta sósuna þykkna.  Setja fiskinn út í og hræra vel í til að losa hann sundur.  Salta vel og pipra.  Setja að lokum kartöflurnar út í.  Hræra öllu saman og látið hitna í gegn í pönnunni eða sett í eldfast mót og osti stráð yfir og hita í gegn í ofni.&lt;br /&gt;
