Velgið mjólkina í 37º og bætið smjörlíkinu út í. Gerið er leyst upp í mjólkinni, sykri salti og eggjum svo bætt út í. Látið í skál og hveitinu bætt út í í smá skömmtum. Degið hnoðað í 3-5 mín. og látið hefast á volgum stað í 45 mín.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Degið hnoðað upp og mótaðar 30 bollur. Raðað á bökunarplötu Þannig að þær rétt snerti hver aðra. Látið hefast í 25 mín, penslað, fræunum stráð yfir.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bakað í 20-25 mín. við 220°C í miðjum ofni.&lt;br /&gt;
