* 1 lítri ylvolg mjólk&lt;br /&gt;
* 250 gr. smjörlíki&lt;br /&gt;
* 7 msk þurrger&lt;br /&gt;
* 1250 - 1500 gr hveiti&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 - 2.5 dl sykur&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 tsk salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* Brætt smjör&lt;br /&gt;
* Kanilsykur&lt;br /&gt;
* Súkkulagðiglassúr&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Aðferð ==&lt;br /&gt;
Mjólkin hituð og smjörlíkið látið bráðna í mjólkinni, passa að sjóða ekki og láta svo kólna niður í ylvolga blöndu. Ég set svo öll þurrefnin í stóra hnoðskál, blanda því aðeins saman og helli svo vökvanum út í (þegar hann er orðinn ylvolgur) og svo hræra/hnoða. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Skipta deginu í tvennt og fletja út, bara með höndunum, ca 50x30cm og pensla bræddu smjöri og set svo kanilsykur yfir - mikinn!! Rúlla upp lengri hlutanum og sker niður í 10 hluta með endunum. Það fara svo 5 á hverja plötu... þrýsta aðeins miðjunni niður á snúðunum, setja svo hreint viskustykki ofan á og látið hefast í 20-40 mín.&lt;br /&gt;
Endurtakið með hinn helminginn af deiginu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bakað í miðjum ofni á blæstri við 200 gráður í 10-15 mín.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Súkkulaðiglassúr eða bráð skellt yfir snúðana. Þegar þeir hafa kólnað aðeins.&lt;br /&gt;
Gott að stinga í frysti (án glassúrs)og hita upp í örbylgju.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
