Gætið þess að öll innihaldsefni séu við stofuhita. Bræðið súkkulaðið í kökuna í stórri skál, annað hvort í örbylgjuofni eða yfir vatnsbaði. Látið kólna ögn.&lt;br /&gt;

Hitið ofninn í 180 gráður og smyrjið og fóðrið 23 sentimetra springmót.&lt;br /&gt;

Þeytið saman sykur og lint smjör þar til létt og ljóst og bætið hunanginu í. bætið í einu eggi og þeytið saman við eina matskeið af hveiti, svo hitt eggið með annarri matskeið af hveiti. Hrærið brætt súkkulaðið saman við og svo afganginn af hveitinu ásamt matarsódanum. Sigtið kakóið saman við og að síðustu sjóðandi vatnið. Eflaust má flýta fyrir sér með því að gera þetta allt í matvinnsluvél. Hrærið allt saman í slétt deig og hellið í mótið. Látið bakast í klukkutíma, en aðgætið kökuna eftir 45 mínútur.&lt;br /&gt;

Setja má álpappír yfir ef þörf krefur.&lt;br /&gt;
