* 4 tómatar, flysjaði, fræhreinsaðir og fínsaxaðir&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 ferskt grænt chilepiparaldin, fræhreinsað og fínsaxað&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 lítil paprika, fræhreinsuð og fínsöxuð&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 msk saxaður kóríander (krydd)&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 stór þroskuð (mjúk) avókadó&lt;br /&gt;
* salt og pipar&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 tsk sítrónusafi&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 msk ólífuolía&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Blandið saman lauk, tómötum, chilepipar, papriku og kóríander í skál. Skerið avókadóin langsum í tvennt og fjarlægið steininn úr og takið aldinkjötið úr með skeið.&lt;br /&gt;
Stappið gróft saman við tómatahræruna. Bætið salti, pipar og sítrónusafa og að lokum ólífuolíunni og hrærið vel saman. &lt;br /&gt;
