* 4 tortillur&lt;br /&gt;
* 400 gr kjúklingalundir eða bringur&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 rauð paprika&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 rauðlaukur&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 tómatur&lt;br /&gt;
* salat&lt;br /&gt;
* rifinn ostur&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Lögur fyrir kjúkling ==&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* ½ dl olía&lt;br /&gt;
* safi úr ½ sítrónu&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 tsk sambal olek chillimauk&lt;br /&gt;
* ½ tsk malað coriander&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 tsk turmerik&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 msk saxað ferskt kóriander&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 tsk hunang&lt;br /&gt;
* svartur pipar og salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Öllu hrært saman og kjúklingurinn settur í löginn í ca 30 mínutur.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Á meðan er paprikan skorin langsum í sneiðar og laukurinn í þykkar sneiðar. Penslað með olíu og steikt á báðum hliðum á grillpönnu.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Hvítlaukssósa ==&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 msk olía&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 hvítlauksrif, söxuð&lt;br /&gt;
* ½ tsk cuminfræ&lt;br /&gt;
* 100 gr grísk jógúrt&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 bolli AB mjólk&lt;br /&gt;
* salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 msk fersk steinselja, fínt skorin.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hitið olíuna í potti og steikið hvítlaukinn og cumminfræin í ca ½ mín. Kælið.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Allt hráefnið nema steinseljan sett í matvinnsluvél og blandað vel saman. Að lokum er steinseljunni bætt við.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
== Rauðrófusalat ==&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 rauðrófa&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 epli&lt;br /&gt;
* ¼ sítróna&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rífið niður rauðrófu og epli og kreistið sítrónusafa yfir.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tortillurnar steiktar á annarri hliðinni á grillpönnunni og sett undir stykki til að harðni ekki.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kjúklingurinn steiktur á grillpönnunni ca 3 mín á hvorri hlið.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Setjið sósu, grænmeti ost og kjúkling ofan á tortillu og brjótið saman eins og umslag.  Tortillurnar settar aftur á grillið í ca 1 mín á hvorri hlið.&lt;/div&gt;</summary>
