(Miðað við 4 manneskjur)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 kjúklingabringur&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 lítrar af kjúklingakrafti eða kjúklingasoði&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 dós af niðursoðnum tómötum&lt;br /&gt;
* hýði af 1/2 appelsínu&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 kartöflur&lt;br /&gt;
*2 gulrætur&lt;br /&gt;
*1/2 blaðlaukur&lt;br /&gt;
*1 hvítur laukur&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 fennel (valfrjálst)&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 hvítlauksrif&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 matskeiðar af olíu til steikingar &lt;br /&gt;
* 2 matskeiðar af ferskum basil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aðferð: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Skerið kjúklingabringurnar í litla bita ( um 2-4cm)&lt;br /&gt;
Skerið allt grænmetið í litla teninga og saxið hvítlaukinn&lt;br /&gt;
Sjóðið kjúklingaseyðið með niðursoðnu tómötunum og appelsínuhýðinu &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Steikið allt grænmetið upp úr olíunu þangað til að það er orðið gljáandi &lt;br /&gt;
Steikið kjúklinginn á eftir grænmetinu&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hellið grænmetinu út í soðið, bætið basil við og smá season all, salti og pipar eftir smekk &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bætið svo kjúklingnum út í og látið kraumi í um 5 mínútur eða þar til hann er orðinn mjúkur&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Berið svo súpuna fram sjóðandi heita með góðu brauði&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
