* ¾ bolli nautasoð (1/2ish teningur + soðið vatn)&lt;br /&gt;

Kjötið skorið í teninga ca 5-7 cm á kant, þarf ekki að vera nákvæmt. Sett í pottinn ásamt öllu NEMA lárviðarlaufi.&lt;br /&gt;
Blandað vel saman og lárviðarlaufin sett ofan á. Lokið á pottinn og inn í ofn á 130 gráður í 5-6 tíma eða 80 gráður í 8-9 tíma.&lt;br /&gt;
Kjötið á leka í sundur þegar losað er um það með gafli ef það gerist ekki þá má láta það vera aðeins lengur í ofninum.&lt;br /&gt;

* Mini tortilla wraps&lt;br /&gt;
* Lime í sneiðum&lt;br /&gt;
* Ferskur kóríander&lt;br /&gt;
* Ferskur rauðlaukur&lt;br /&gt;
* Annað ferskt grænmeti eftir smekk&lt;br /&gt;
* Rifinn ostur&lt;br /&gt;
* Chipotle sósa&lt;br /&gt;
* Chili mayo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kjötið tekið úr pottinum og &amp;quot;rifið&amp;quot; með tveimur göfflum. Sett aftur í pottinn og látið draga í sig soðið.&lt;br /&gt;
Sett í skál eða fat og borið á borð með street tortillas og grænmeti.&lt;br /&gt;
Hver og einn raðar saman eftir smekk.&lt;br /&gt;

Þetta var mjög gott.&lt;br /&gt;
